Lake View Estates POA

I'm excited to bring the Member Portal to Lake View Estates in Foley, AL. This vibrant community was seeking to find a solution to better handle the information, documentation, and responsibilities the Board was charged with managing.

This system provides information to the community about the POA while allowing access to members in a private section of the site. This closed system will be the repository of all documentation for the POA and enable the Board to provide information to/from the members in a private and secure manner.

This is a challenging project managed by Credible Businezz on behalf of a non-profit military group and can be considered many projects within the main project. The main project is the satisfactory delivery of elements that coexist with a major event being held in September.

My project involvement includes: determining and developing project blueprints, developing request forms within the project management system for collection of needed items, coordination of major events within the 8-day event, and development of processes for each.

Due to the strict confidentiality of this particular project, I can only share an overarching view, hopefully, I can announce more at the end of September.
